The municipality borders to the north with the municipality of Tanguismanalco, to the northeast with the municipalities of Santa Isabel Cholula and Ocoyucan, to the southwest with the municipality of Atzitzihuacan, to the south with the municipalities of Huaquechula and Tepeojuma, southeast with the municipalities of San Diego la Meza Tochimiltzingo, to the east with the City of Puebla, and to the west with the municipality of Tochimilco.
