Chile en Nogada, intangible heritage of humanity & #8211; This dish has a historical significance, highlighted the Secretary of Tourism, Vanessa Barahona de la Rosa CITY OF MEXICO.- With the premise of Responsible Reopening, the State Government, through the Ministry of Tourism, urged the inhabitants of the capital to think in Puebla as a meeting point and enjoy the gastronomy, especially of the Chiles en Nogada season, following the protocols and security measures implemented by the authorities. Vanessa Barahona de la Rosa, Secretary of Tourism, pointed out that this dish has a historical significance that makes it a landmark in Puebla gastronomy; In addition, he recognized the efforts of the producers who provide the raw material for its production. In this sense, he pointed out that the entity waits for its visitors observing the allowed capacity and the health security protocols established in the Responsible Reopening strategy. To this strategy, he said, must be added the call for the Community Pact, promoted by Governor Miguel Barbosa Huerta, in which everyone must assume co-responsibility for taking care of themselves, promoting the protection of employment and sources of income. The Undersecretary of Federal Tourism, Humberto Hernández Haddad, participated in the presentation of the Chile season in Nogada, who reiterated his support for the tourism policy of the Puebla government.
