Museo de relojes y autómatas “Alberto Olvera Hernández”

Located in Zacatlán

Founded in 1993, in honor of the watchmaker Don Alberto Olvera Hernández, founder of the First Monumental Watch Factory in Latin America: “Centres Centenario”. One of its pieces is found in the Zacatlán socket, the Floral Clock.

The collection is made up of objects that narrate the measurement of time throughout the centuries. The visitor can take a tour of the entire plant, and experience the entire process of making a watch, from casting to final testing of the watch.

On Saturdays at 9:00 pm, the curious show of automatons takes place on the façade of the Factory.
